Caskie Lewis-Clapper brings over 25 years of experience leading through complexity, transformation, and growth. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of NextGen People & Culture, she partners with executive leaders to align people strategy with business purpose—co-creating solutions that move individuals, teams, and organizations forward.
Caskie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Magellan Health, a Fortune 500 company, where she supported the organization's growth from $1.8 billion to $8+ billion in revenue and led through four CEO successions, 15 acquisitions, and the eventual sale of the company. Her leadership spanned everything from board-level succession planning to post-merger cultural integration—always with a focus on people, performance, and purpose.
She also brings experience in nonprofit and regulated industries, with early roles at MedStar Health and General Physics Corporation. Caskie holds a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science and Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University, completed Fielding Graduate University's Evidence Based Coaching program, and is currently pursuing ICF accreditation.
